Why this site exists and what will end up here.
I've spent the last five-plus years inside platforms and brands: TikTok ads, TikTok Shop across Southeast Asia, then running social commerce and content for a health brand across APAC.
Most of the interesting stuff I learned never fit in a deck. Small experiments. Scripts that half work. An agent that drafts my morning trend notes. A content matrix that spits out a week of affiliate video ideas before lunch.
This site is where those go.

How it's made
Plain HTML, one tiny Python build script, Markdown files for posts. My self-hosted AI agent wrote most of the code and deployed it to a small VPS. I edit the words.
